British, holds a Physics degree from Oxford University. He began his career as a Performance Analyst at Caterham in 2012, joined Sauber in 2014, and held roles as a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer and Performance Engineer (supporting Marcus Ericsson and then Kimi Räikkönen in turn), before becoming Valtteri Bottas's race engineer from 2022. In mid-2024 he moved into a factory-based performance role, and in 2025 was promoted to Head of Race Engineering at the Audi F1 team, completing the full ladder from analyst to head of race engineering.
